HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS:

 

The conference venue - The Venetian Macau-Resort-Hotel - has offered a special rate of HK$/MOP1,200 + 15% per night per suite from 13-16 June 2010 for guestroom bookings in connection with IHIF.

Terms & Conditions

IHIF AP management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.

 

Registration Fee
The registration fees payable in advance and includes presentations, documentation, refreshment breaks, lunches, evening receptions and/or sightseeing trips.

 

Booking Conditions
Payment is due upon registration.  A delegate space at the conference is not guaranteed until payment is made. Please note that we have a limited amount of seats available.

A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card.

 

Refunds/Cancellation
If you cannot attend the conference we are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at any time. If you have to cancel entirely we can offer you a refund, less US$200 service charge provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 26 May 2010. We regret that no refunds can be made after the 26 May 2010 deadline. In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.
